In most cases a diagnostics file will be required to provide additional system status information. Please follow the steps below to create a diagnostics file:
1. Go to CruiseShow setup, section “About”
2. Click on “Create diagnostics file”. This will create a file “C:\CruiseShow\diags.txt”
3. Attach this file to your support request message.
